Two forms on this site collect information: the interest list (first name, last name, email address, and your relationship to Selkie House) and the contact form (name, email address, optional phone number, optional organization, the reason you are contacting us, and your message).

Those are the only fields either form asks for. Our servers also briefly record the network (IP) address a submission arrives from, which we use to limit automated abuse of the forms and for nothing else.

We do not collect medical, treatment, diagnosis, insurance, or substance-use information, and we ask that you do not send it.

Interest-list information is used only to send occasional updates about Selkie House. Contact-form information is used only to reply to you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Form submissions reach us as email, sent through a third-party email delivery service that handles the message on our behalf. This website does not store submissions itself.

We retain your name and email address only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

You can ask us to remove your information at any time by emailing info@selkiehouse.com or calling 740-541-3786.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include the network address a request came from.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices for legal compliance. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
